2. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged in error or subscribed to the wrong plan
• You cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed premium content
• A technical failure prevented access to the content (confirmed by support)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Any digital content already accessed or downloaded
• Annual plans after 7 days of access
• Completed coaching sessions or strategy calls
• Change of mind or lack of time to complete courses

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email used for the account
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

6. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks without contacting us first will result in suspension of your account. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to dispute them with full documentation.
